In his remark, the Chairman of Anambra State COREN Technical Committee, Engineer Victor Meju stated that the day's event was to commemorate the leadership of Chief Ifeanyi Godwin Onwupenata to champion the council in ensuring efficient monitoring and inspecting of building and construction projects in the area.

He highlighted the importance of inaugurating such a strong force which he noted can not be overemphasized as to it's aim is to bring to a perpetual end the dreadful experience of the former enforcement team.

He said the newly inaugurated Chairman is a man with capacity who can give leverage to the work, being a well known and highly respected man in the community.

He advised the State Government to encourage Chief Godwin and his team in every way necessary to effectively discharge their duty.

On his Path, Chief. Ifeanyi Godwin Onwupenata thanked the Governor, Prof. Chukwuma Soludo for ensuring that the synergy between the Federal Government And the State is achieved to eliminate quackery in the building and construction Industry especially in Oba.

He said the move is in the right channel and that his team are ready and knows what to do to deliver the desired mandate. He added that sensitization is a major factor to curb challenges that might emanate on the course of the work and promised to give his best shot at the work to deliver the expectations of the Council and State Government.

He also, promised that the team will work to see to that both Idemili North and South is fully covered.

While commending the State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo, on his efforts in ensuring that the State is livable, Prosperous Mega City Hon. Henry Ayinofu, Chairman Uruokokwu, Umuogali Village Oba expressed his happiness with the development. He said that it is only good things that are admired and yearned for.

According to him, Chief Ifeanyi Godwin is a the best man for the job considering his capacity and credibility. He assured that they will be part of building a good government for the State.

The Chairman of the newly inaugurated task force Mr. Benjamin Esimoneze thanked the State Government and State COREN council for her consideration and promised to deliver on expectations.
