A Russian oligarch has died mysteriously in France after an “accidental” fall down a flight of stairs, reported the Italian daily Le Messager.

The 50-year-old Dmitriy Zelenov was the former owner of the prominent Don-Stroy property developer group. The report, first confirmed by Russian news agency Baza, said Zelenov was visiting friends on December 9, in the French town of Antibes.

After supper, the businessman reportedly felt "changes" in his state of health and fell down a flight of stairs. The man was immediately transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his head injuries.
Dmitriy Zelenov is a former billionaire who made his fortune in real estate, reports Forbes. He was one of the first to build luxury residential buildings in Moscow in the 1990s.

Zelenov's death adds to a long list of Russian oligarchs killed since the start of the invasion of Ukraine. Recently, Pavel Pchelnikov, 52, director of Russian Railways, was found dead in his apartment in Moscow.

But once a Billionaire is from Russia, they are automatically labeled as Oligarchs, mostly by western journalism.

I don't get it, maybe someone should like enlighten me. I'm curious in nature and love to learn... If the word "Oligarch" is not a slang for a billionaire from Russian, then the so called "Russophobic" is a real thing I'm afraid.

Its very possible. Russia has a lot of western traitors that would sell the country to the US so long as they continue to have they money
