Moving out of the comfort zone of the Federal Civil Service to choosing the career path of entrepreneurship is “ambiguous and irrational” because the odds of succeeding in the business terrain are dismal, however His Highness took that risky path because it was his passion. Paradoxically, he didn’t choose his passion, his passion chose him.

He understood that business and managing a company is a riveting roller coaster of highs and difficult lows but being a man of unwavering belief with laser focus on successful achievement, he sailed away from the safe harbor of the civil service in the risky sea of business uncertainty.

The great man theory of history suggests that, the broader movement and contours of history all go back to the leadership of great individuals who exerted unique influence on their times.

According to him, "I verily believe that this is true of all the past traditional leaders of Bargun Ka’oje.

"They have handed down a heritage that must be treasured and preserved. I pledge to ensure not only the continuum of the heritage and but to also improve on it for the betterment of the people of Ka’oje District.

"I pay tribute to my predecessor, my Father, Late Alhaji Usman Adamu (12th Sarkin Bargun Ka’oje) whose reign ushered in astronomical development of Ka’oje. On my part, I envision Ka’oje District as a land full of opportunity for individual and collective development, a people united, strong, peaceful and economically prosperous.

"I call on each person of our great land to join hands with me, to co-operate with the government, to contribute their quota to building a society of industrious and progressive people living happily in the pursuit of sustainable development," he said.
