Job Positions:

We are hiring skilled and experienced personnel to join our team at Nezer Towers & Suites Hotel located in Afowa, Etsako West local government area of Edo state, for the following positions.

1. Pastry Chef

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing high-quality pastries and desserts. They should have experience in creating innovative recipes and a passion for baking.

Responsibilities:

• Create innovative recipes for pastries and desserts
• Prepare pastries and desserts to the highest standards
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and supplies
• Monitor stock levels of ingredients and supplies
• Supervise and train other pastry chefs
• Ensure kitchen safety and hygiene standards are met

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a pastry chef
• Excellent cooking and baking skills
• Good knowledge of ingredients and flavor combinations
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations

2. Administrative Manager

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a good understanding of customer service. They should be able to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily administrative operations
• Ensure customer service standards are met
• Oversee staff performance and provide feedback
• Develop and implement systems for customer service and complaint resolution
• Prepare reports and presentations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Coordinate with external vendors

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an administrative manager or similar role
• Good understanding of customer service principles
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Proficiency in MS Office

3. Operations Manager

The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills and be able to oversee the daily operations of the hotel. They should have good problem-solving skills, be able to analyze data, and develop strategies for improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel
• Develop and implement strategies for improvement
• Analyze data and create reports
• Manage budget and resources effectively
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
• Foster a positive working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an operations manager or similar role
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Good understanding of budgeting and data analysis
• Ability to make decisions quickly
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines
• Proficiency in MS Office
