You are only deceiving yourself if u believed that Nigeria has just one commander-in-chief, there are many "commander-in-chiefs" in different corners like this so called Richard, who can just wake up anytime and deploy about 15 or more military personnels to do nonsense . I don't think there is any country as lawless as Nigeria, anything happens here and nobody takes responsibility or is punished for shameful acts like this
