A male or female OND accounting admin is needed in our firm in Surulere.
Please see job description below:
i. Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
ii. Prepare precise data entry as well as formulate, draft, type and prepare letters, memos and other documentation as needed
iv. Handling incoming calls and other communications.
v. Managing filing system.
vi. Recording information as needed.
vii. Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
viii. Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
ix. Helping organize and maintain office facility and common areas.
x. Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
xiii. Maintaining supply inventory.
xiv. Deposit funds in the bank, and prepare book journal entries affiliated with such deposits
xvi. Organize travel arrangements, planning and programming of meetings.
xvii. Process bank deposits
xviii.Prepare, send and store invoices
xix. Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
xx. Submit tax forms
xxi. Identify and address discrepancies
xxii. Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
xxiii. Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
