This is actually how countries develop. You cannot start afresh every time there's a change of leadership. Nigeria is littered with abandoned projects perhaps to spite the previous administrations, I don't really understand.

Talking about healthcare and education… Tinubu outperformed any governor till date. You obviously never lived in Lagos or you were a kid when he was the governor.
