Can you see the two pictures below?
The first picture is transcorp Hilton and it's environs in the 80's while the second picture is what that same place looks like now.

What do you think a plot of land in that place cost in the 80's? Do you have an idea how much a sqm would cost there now??

If you were told to invest in this particular place back in the 80's,you would retort "but this place is still bush",look how it has been transformed and it is rather difficult to believe that this bustling area was once "bush".

What am I saying in essence? when you want to invest in landed properties(for land banking),the things you should look out for are future developments or projects that would be situated in that area in the near future, disregard wether it is bush now or not.
You should know,even the best business districts in major cities were once bushes.
