The salary is between €26,796 – €39,556 [approximately N27million] per year + share appreciation rights (SARs) - SARs means that if the company's shares appreciate over a period of time, you'll get paid a bonus.

Remote working budget: €1,000 per year [approximately N900k].
Learning and development budget: 3.5% of salary.
