Plane Catches Fire After Passenger’s Phone Charger Exploded At least seven passengers have been injured following a near fire outbreak in JetBlue Flight 662 from Bridgetown, Barbados to JFK International Airport. A passenger’s phone charger reportedly caught fire when the flight, carrying 127 people touched down in New York on Saturday evening. The brave crew onboard JetBlue Flight 662 quickly extinguished the fire upon seeing a smoking laptop, Kasatintin.com learnt from local media reports. Emergency responders at the JFK International Airport evacuated the flight.
