Spanishmilf:[b] Many of the citizens of these developed nations are shying away from jobs that is seen as stressful, We are in the mental health era and wokeness generation. People are becoming content creator, only fans or doing other easier jobs or businesses. People are also going for lucrative courses or changing careers ( tech for example). Teaching kids who can talk to you anyhow without repercussion no easy, But a teacher from places like Nigeria wont send their papa as long as he dey collect pounds. Unemployment in Nigeria is also why many are into teaching, if jobs yapa who will want to teach 5 Likes 3 Shares |

My Oga edmut1, I catigorically disagree with you on this. It more of an additional indication that the UK is crumbling. Its a big pointer that the UK is largely selfinsufficient. It is the same reason amongst some other significant factors why the NHS is collapsing. It is Selfsufficiency that made the German speaking europe of DE, AT und CH a very succesful region in europe. Do you how many native Britons are living on social benefits? GB's selfinsufficiency is also being aggravated by the 'Recipe for disaster' called BREXIT.⁰ote author=ednut1 post=119488299] [b] Many of the citizens of these developed nations are shying away from jobs that is seen as stressful, We are in the mental health era and wokeness generation. Are the 9ja nurses not better off Meanwhile they can still return to Nigeria if they want. “Hard times create strong men, strong men create good times, good times create weak men, and weak men create hard times.” Many are refusing to work citing mental health, no motivation, introvert and other bullshits |

Cheap labour UK citizens are moving abroad to get away from the 'difficult' students and poor pay for more lucrative opportunities, or just changing careers Teachers from Africa are being imported to fill this gap 2 Likes |

ibkayee: Anyone can start a school in thier backyard, and plenty of people do. The schools just above your local govt school pay that much. And they are also a last resort for the most desperate. Example I remember some dude who for reasons did not graduate. Next thing he found his way to one of those schools. |

GloriousGbola:Stupid question coming but are they accredited? |
Re: Why Is The Uk Importing Teachers From Africa?? by GloriousGbola: 3:45pm On Dec 28, 2022 |
ibkayee: Depends on the state. They take it seriously in lagos, though las Las everyone dey look for settlement. You can probably do a dog and pony show where you pay some actual teachers to show up for accreditation day, then back to status quo. Two or three governors have actually tried to sort out the issue of quack and incompetent teachers but it became a populist issue. Wicked government sacking breadwinners etc You want an idea of just how fked most of these lower cadre private schools are - the proprietor of a school up north kidnapped, ransomed and murdered one of the kids in his school. 1 Like |

Spanishmilf: Brexit is a major factor The number of QTS awards to applicants from the EU, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway fell from 4,795 in 2015-16 to just 704 in 2021-22. Reforms would therefore only offset around 15.1 per cent or less than one sixth of the declineSource: https://schoolsweek.co.uk/qualified-teacher-status-overseas-teachers-hire/ |
