The Presidential candidate of the peoples democratic party and former Vice president of Nigeria Atiku Abubakar has constituted an independent Grassroots campaign Council for Atiku/Okowa 2023 Presidential campaigns. A statement personally signed by the Presidential candidate appointed Ambassador Fatima Mohammed Goni from Borno State as chairperson of the council. The statement added that Helen Effiom, a legal practitioner from Cross River state is deputy national Chairman while Jemila Muhammed Kashim from Kogi state serves as Secretary. It enjoined the Council members to deploy their nationwide socio-political networks and influence towards ensuring the victory of of PDP in the forthcoming presidential election. 1 Share
