Good day sir. I'm sorry it's not done that way. You would have to go for a test. They need professionals. You must have learnt the trade or acquire the skill before you are enlisted. Then you will be tested. Upon passing your documents will be processed then you resume.

This is just a process of enlisting names for test. Sometimes trade test is required. Its what the embassy wants. Its an American embassy constructionproject.
