While tinubu declared free education in Lagos even after being denied FG allocation which was how most Anambra Gala sellers roaming the street of lagos got educated and now use the English they learnt in Lagos schools for free in insulting the same man, obi increased tuition fee and forced students to pay a full session forcing forcing some to drop out of school and even going ahead to say education is not for the poor. just in case you didn't know, Lagos indigenes were receiving bursary payments for the government then.

Promises are binding and MUST be fulfilled. You don't promise for fun.
Making a promise on behalf of somebody is like acting as surety for that person. If the person fails to redeem the promise, you fulfill it or be held liable.
