No...it's not possible.

Voters card are polling unit specific...

INEC Ad-hoc Staff do not know where they will post them to, untill Election is very near...so, it's not possible for them to register where they will perform their duties.

That said...all law enforcement agents, INEC Staffs do not take part in voting. Theirs is to conduct peaceful, credible Elections
