I had a horrific experience with Bolt today in Abuja. I ordered a ride, a driver named Francis responded but then refused to move. He remained in his position for almost 10 minutes. I decided to cancel since he wasn't ready.

I ordered another ride and the same driver responded. I waited he still didn't move, so I cancelled again, hoping to get assigned to a different driver. I ordered a ride the third time and it was the same driver.

Then the fool called me and told me that he was waiting for me to cancel the third ride since I had already cancelled the first two, then he ended the call and cancelled the ride. I called him back and asked him what sort of nonsense he was telling me on the phone, asking him if I did wrong for cancelling a trip where the driver refused to move to my location to pick me up.

Then he modified his voice slightly and began to lie that it was someone else that called me, that he was the real owner of the ride. After telling me that, he asked me how much Bolt said the charge was, and I told him. Then he began to tell me that it wouldn't be convenient for him to take me to my location and that I have to pay him more than the amount Bolt stated.

Where else in the world does stupidity abound at this rate if not Nigeria? One idiot just woke up one morning to muddy the waters for his fellow countrymen. The biggest problem Nigeria has is Nigerians themselves. I wish I wasn't born here.

Attached is a picture of the fool.

wow, this is painful o... I have been a victim of it especially when I am in Nigeria on Sundays.... but here is how to do a payback.... KNOWING THAT HE MAY BE THE SAME RIDER IF YOU TRY TO REQUEST AGAIN.... why not get a second phone and use the second phone to order while the first phone is still on the bad rider who refused to move.... so when the second phone gets another rider who is moving and heading in your direction you wait till you enter the vehicle then cancel the first rider... THAT WILL BE A WIN SITUATION FOR YOU. grin

You are the terrible one here. When addressing a post or some set of people, use some.

Some Nigerians are terrible means not all.
