every Naira lander who passes through lekki epe express way would definitely have something to say about the development of new estates in the area. among theses estates are Chevy view estate, carlton gate, and Northern Forshore all along cheveron drive, lekki. while plots of land in these etates mentioned are now short in supply, it has thus pushed the prices of these plots upward. this ofcourse justifies one of the laws of demand. this rise in prices of land in these estates have made a lot of people to shift to other areas. one of these estates is the royal garden estate.
going by the infrstucture going on in this estate, for anyone that has been to this place before you will agree with me that it beats the likes of the estates mentioned above. however, the prices of Royal Garden plots are reasonably cheaper than other estates compared to the infrastructure. now one can still get a plot for about 25M. when the lekki exp rd is completed this estate will skyrocket. this estate designed like Nicon town is a place to be. in few months, this place will blow. why dont you take advantage of this instead of paying 100M tommorow for a land of 25M of today

@Henry004, plots are still available but those from developers are far too expensive than those who purchased from them. a lot of people have urgent needs to meet and these will drop the price of the property they have for sale. we have plots from people like that for sale that are reasonably cheap
