A woman identified as Uche has died following burn injuries after she was allegedly set on fire by her co-wife in Imo State, IGBERETV reports.




The deceased's sister, Nwanneka Ifurunna, who disclosed this in a Facebook post on Saturday, January 7, 2023, said the incident happened in Owerri. She wrote;

A case of two different brother's and their wives.
The Elder brother's wife burt her junior brother's wife.
They use to live at the same flat together (both two brother's with their wives ) until the senior brother's wife got issue with his wife and was asked to come and pack her things and leave the flat, only for her to came back pretending to pack her bags but stayed till late night, and poured fuel on her husband's junior brother and burned her alive.
Her junior brother's wife came out at night when she perceived some smoke in the house , only for her elder brother's wife to pour fuel on her and burt her alive. The wanted woman's name is Ezinne Nwokoro from lokpa ukwu in Abia state.
