Role: HR/Admin Personnel
Job Description:

• Supports Mechanic Shop Operations with Scheduling, Customer Service, Inventory and Account Management, Clerical Duties and Reporting.
• Managing of incoming and outgoing calls and emails
• Handles customer enquiries or appointments promptly through phone, email or message
• Assists with customers’ requests
• Work with management team to give reports, suggestions and better ways of growth
• must be able to draft a business report and other relative admin documents
• Liaise with counterparts / business partners on stock management
• Hiring of staffs and ensure proper conduct
• Ensures that the service station is neat, clean and safe.
• Perform admin duties including data entry, filing and achieving basic accounting, book-keeping, receipt management and basic journal entries
• Attend to customers at the workshop to build long-term relationship and provide excellent customer services
• Maintain proper filing and disposal of confidential documents
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least B.Sc, O’ Level graduate or similar education qualifications.
• At least 3 Years(s) of experience in administrations and/or in the related fields is required for this position preferably.
• Knowledgeable in insurance claim procedures.
• Required language(s): English etc.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good time management skill and ability to execute tasks without being micro managed
• Computer literate with a solid understanding of Microsoft applications and google apps
• Ability to advise customers on the required jobs in a timely and professional manner
• Excellent managerial and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to details.
• Ability to prepare operating reports and reconciling of sales records.
• Extensive knowledge of automobile repair with ability to read and interpret technical manuals.
• We are located around the Sangotedo, Lagos axis and will highly recommend applicants stay within reach to the office.

Salary Range: 60,000-80,000 naira
