Pls my fellow nairalanders i hav e problem wit my system and a friend advised me to disable both processor cores and my pc is dual core. Please i want to know if there is any effect by disabling both processors, tanx in advance

meaning u want to downgrade to P3. u can do it but be ready to wait for 20 minutes when booting the system if u run win7

@felix my laptop restarts at will whenever i boot it with d charger plugged in and sumtimes it hangs wenever d charger is plugged and @juo wat if i use winvista cos i presently downgraded it 2 winxp

d fault is from d charger. so check it ,

guy the problem is not with the charger, it due to a faulty power ic close to the processor called NEC/TOKIN OE128 proadlizer it is also found in ps3 i have already search for on ebay it is less than $8 but i dont have a paypal account cause i have similar problem, infact its a general problem with toshiba. anybody with paypal account in the house should help my email is mo6joe@yahoo.com
