Ibo is known for manufacturing bombs, ieds, grenades, intercontinental ballistic missiles, surface to air projectiles, rpgs. Name it, Ibo know how to manufacture it. So I am not surprised at all that they have taken their skill to next level and start bombing themselves. Just contain it there. If a bomb goes off anywhere else we know who is behind it.
