First of all, which aspect do you intend to major in?
1.Baking of bread, samosa, spring roll,etc
2. National and international delicacies
3. Cake baking
4. Hotel management

Finally, After the vocational training, I opine that you should go to West Africa vocational education institute to learn the rudiments of hotel management and etiquettes.
