Okay Sir...Seen Intrested Buyers though already but Haven't Been Paid Yet by Any .

Na the Person that Paid i know he is serious sir..You know selling Property issues and experience now. ,some would give you the whole Assurance they are buying, later you begins to hear stories ,some would not even write again without given reasons. they are Expecting Money ,The money they are expecting has not come ,Can they be paying little by little ,Some would ask you Survey ,C/O For a one plot of land they are buying for 400k ,Some would ask you to send copies of your property documents ,yet they won't come for inspection ,they come for inspection ,they will even be expecting you to pay for their Transportations, If it were to be Omonile ,they wil demand money from you to see any Peoperty which owners does not do .Most are not Serious .

So na who pay me i know he is serious.
But i can see you are Serious sir.
