Why are some people like this?

Scenario 1. Why is it that when some people ask for monetary assistance and you offer to help, they see it as if you own CBN and come for higher taxing next time and when you turn them down they will change tactic and ask you to borrow them the money and If you do, they will never pay you back? The annoying thing is that they will still come back after a while to start asking again.

Scenario 2. Why is it that some girls who date rich guys are afraid asking them for money but they will want to drain a guy who is still managing to meet his needs with demands? Some will leave they rich boyfriends and be asking you that is not loaded as thier guys. This makes me wonder why leave your rich guy and ask me who is not up to him financially �
