Can someone use google map longitude and latitude as a reference in a receipt or deed of assignments when buying land from Omo onile?

Many phones have faulty GPS.......but u can look for a land mark in your location like a building or telcom mast stand there and use street view or satellite view to confirm the land mark and accuracy of your phone.....I lost heavily to this flaw in phones once....b careful.

Not really faulty, they already told you that the accuracy of your location is 5-10 meters

I am talking about 20km off not meters.... Chinese phones like itel do this.
