DUJIMA ADAMAWA CHARGES JAGABAN ARMY TO DELIVER MASSIVE GRASSROOTS VOTES FOR TINUBU

Nigeria's ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) Presidential Candidate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu received a major boost in his ambition to lead Nigeria at the inauguration of the Jagaban Army recently held in Kaduna on the 13th January 2023. The initiative aims to mobilise young Nigerians to support Tinubu and the party in winning the Presidential election which holds February 25, 2023.

At the inauguration of the Jagaban Army, Alhaji Musa Halilu - Dujima Adamawa, a prominent APC chieftain and Chairman of the inauguration charged APC footsoldiers from the six geopolitical zones of Nigeria enlisted into the Jagaban Army to deliver election votes for the APC Presidential Candidate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the forthcoming Presidential election. In his words, _“You are the essence of this drive to move our beloved nation Nigeria forward. This is a critical time in our national discourse, and it is you, the youth that will be in the vanguard of a new Nigerian revolution towards progress.”_ He noted that despite the odds and economic whims, Nigeria still possessed the wealth of teeming Nigerian youths with the capability, courage and commitment to take the nation to the next level; with renewed hope.

Alhaji Halilu also praised Tinubu for taking the lead in transforming Lagos State and making it the vibrant economic hub it is today, stating that most of the policies, programmes and institutions he established while serving as Governor of Lagos have been replicated in various states across Nigeria. Thus, making Tinubu a frontline progressive and Lagos a model of excellence. He further charged the youth on the need to get actively involved and campaign en masse in every nook and cranny of their communities. He stated, _"The youth of this country are the future, and young people must get involved in the electioneering process. Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has a track record of delivering development and progress for the people of Nigeria, and we must work together to ensure his victory in the forthcoming election."_

The Jagaban Army is an initiative of the office of the APC Youth Wing led by Hon. Dayo Israel. The initiative aims to mobilise young Nigerians to support and deliver massive votes for the APC Presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Tinubu at the grassroots level. Youths enlisted into the Jagaban Army will be trained on how to effectively secure the buy-in of their constituents in favour of the party as well as how to generate and manage up-to-date data and intelligence.

The Jagaban Army is a major boost for Tinubu's presidential campaign, as the support of the youth population is considered crucial in the forthcoming election. With the launch of the Jagaban Army, Tinubu's campaign is expected to gain momentum and support from young people in Nigeria. The forthcoming Presidential election in Nigeria is highly competitive, and the Presidential Campaign Council (PCC) of the All Progressives Congress is leaving no stone unturned in its efforts to secure victory.
