3,SELLERS & BUYERS VESSELS OPEN COMMUNICATION & LONGSIDE FOR Q&Q & TRANSHIPMENT AFTER NOR HAS BEEN GIVEN.

4. BUYER MAKES PAYMENT BY (CASH OR SELLERS OPTION) AND THE VARIOUS BROKERS AS STATED IN THIS CONTRACT, VESSEL SAILS TO BUYER’S DESTINATION.
