I will appreciate it if you can help with this question; I had a YouTube channel created about 2 years ago with only 2 videos and 5 subscribers (abandoned for about 2 yrs) Now I have decide to turn the YouTube channel into a shorts only channel but discovered that even after creating 3 videos and 14 shorts I still have 5 subs. What do you all suggest? Do you think I should delete the channel and start a new niche based channel or carryout some optimization? Any contribution will be appreciated and never be forgotten.
