Do Nigeria Use Consitution Or Decree Act , Or They Use Both ? by Bigyusluv: 1:02pm On Jan 16, 2023
I owned a car, and I don’t see my self driving any car in Lagos or Nigeria without a tint glass, the privacy it gives and all, but yesterday the police FPRO was saying they will still go on a raid on tinted cars owner, when asked why and what the law says about it, he quoted law from 1991 by IBB

So I’m asking NLanders if the law of the land is being operated by the 1999 constitution or 1991 decree act. Or even both ?
