find massive government projects eg Epe, ibeju lekki, Ikorodu that when you are looking to invest in emerging city but if you have enough

resource to invest then you can look at lekki, ikoyi, victoria island etc. but the disadvantage of doing that is the appreciative rate will not be

All this development will make people want to get land around that axis thereby springing development of Epe.

Location truly is key, and it's fascinating how areas like Epe and Ibeju Lekki are becoming hotspots due to government projects. It's like watching a city bloom, isn't it? As for land titles, I couldn't agree more. Clear titles are a non-negotiable for me. It just saves you from a lot of headaches down the road. When it comes to finding a reliable realtor or developer, I've found that platforms offering strategies and tools for successful trading can be a goldmine. Have you heard about the one focusing on property Investment tips dubai? It seems like they've got some resources. Government policies, too, can really shape the future of an area.
