The BBC Disinformation Report is highly accurate! I remember the
1986 Nobel prize winner, Prof. Wole Soyinka said at a BBC event a few years ago that fake news would lead to a 3rd World War if not curtailed. BBC had been a victim of fake news in the past as well and this is why they launched a global campaign against fake news.

As a silent observer of events here...
Even right here on this thread, the disinformation is so obvious and has continued especially against the APC Presidential candidate by the rapid and highly dishonest gangs from PDP and most especially Peter Obi supporters
that have been against him even after debunking the fake news with consistent evidence. Is it too hard for you all to just promote your candidates based on issues instead of lies?

The APC-led Government is at fault tbh for NOT activating the intelligence network to rapidly arrest and prosecute all the dishonest creeps who are criminally spreading fake news and engaging in online and offline defamation. Laws currently exist under the Nigerian Cyber-Crimes Act to deal with this and can be further strengthened.

If the BBC reports since 2015 can go this far as to unravel those spreading fake news online and offline since the 2015 election cycle, what are the DSS and the victims of the fake news and defamation waiting for?

They do not only patronize social media influencers, they patronise "crowd merchants" too that's why I'm not perturbed by crowd on campaign ground, it is not a reflection of a candidates acceptance.

You can see why people like sage and deji are angry with Peter Obi for refusing to pay them for false narratives.

Even this report is still a bought concoction from one political party. We know those that are owing five point something million USD for a diplomatic visa, those that hire fake bishops for fake endorsements and those that don’t give shishi. But continue dey play, just dey play... grin

EMilokan is very guilty of this. The man has stashed away the future of his followers and is now using the same to buy them for crumbs. HE said he is ready to play dirty and is doing just that.

Nigerians will definitely be regarded as the dumbest and the most foolish people on this planet if they still allow themselves to be influenced by these useless hungry so called social media influencers to vote for useless corrupt candidates.

This is why I am on nobody's side. These politicians have enough to do something meaningful as ordinary citizens but they all insist on being president before they can do something meaningful for the country. It is such a shame. The labor of our heroes past are already in vain, if at all we ever had heroes.
