As a Real Estate consultant i have had cause to hear the pains of investors and in most cases i realized that many of them don't ask the right questions when buying into Real estate especially here in Nigeria.
Some don't even know what they want , i have seen cases where someone is buying a property just because he had that a friend said the property is good without even doing due diligence.
