I feel defensive midfield is the position Arsenal are a bad tackle away from a pack of cards. The Thomas Partey juggernaut needs a spare tyre of equal performance.

Contrary to all the hot air. That is where the gunners have made a difference this season. He has played consistently so far.

He is the closest thing to resemble certain Kante bar a rising Casemiro except if they fancy Rice.

Not just DMF, they do have a cover for that position.
There's a secret I discovered about modern football. When you have pacy and intelligent wingers on both wings of the pitch, with a Creator in the middle of the pack, you put more pressure on your opponent...the least you could get is a draw. Arsenal needed more fire power, that's why they went for an attacker, but he's an old man.

The reason Chelsea won mancity in the UCL final was because of werner not even a selfish harvetz that scored the goal.. notice in that match, peps MFs and defenders where cautious of their lines before that goal ..
They were just cautious of a misfiring Werner, who they knew could create for others.
Notice that goal.. mount played through to havertz because Werner made a mazy run to the left, drawing the mancity defenders out of position.
