This is absolutely what the classic 'structured' politicians want; to continue using hunger and poverty as a weapon to surpress, subdue and enslave the masses, while they continue sitting on heads as plutocratic overlords. The images of hungry masses invading palliative warehouses during the COVID19 lockdown is still fresh in mind; I wonder why people arent digging those images up (Nigerians forget too quickly).

This explains why the entire political class in Nigeria is angry and afraid of an OBI. But nothing can stop an idea which its time has come; God has certainly heard the prayers of ordinary Nigerians.

The private sector donated food relief to the masses, the political class locked the food up in warehouses using the food as an enslavement tool to control the poor; some politicians were even distributig donated pallitives to friends at birthday parties while others sold the freely donated palliatives. Another election season has come, Everyone has forgotten the #WeaponisationOfPoverty

Exactly what the ruling class want. Keep them hungry and control them.

God abeg help us take back our country. Please give us Obi, the suffering too much in the land. How can our mothers and fathers be fighting over bread in this 21st century? We have crude oil, we have gas reserve, we have lithium, we have arable agricultural land. Just evil people looting and throwing money up and down. The formed a criminal structure and call the party of the masses structureless.

May God help us.

And history will be kind to you Mr soludo, the solution.

Truth is always bitter but it's better.

We don't have any problem with igbos or labour party winning the presidency in the future but certainly not now when all they've got to offer us is a fraudulent character who is a master in growing poverty rate by more than 50%.

If we fail to vote wisely for people who has in the past demonstrated the true capacities to lead and with verifiable achievements to back it up, history will never be kind to us.

The south east has a lot of people with enviable charisma, how on Earth will they present this guy to us?

This guy is a curse to himself.

Remember, he cursed himself never to leave apga, such man with a lack of integrity do not deserve to govern Nigeria.

Idiotseverywher:
This is exactly the oligarchic pattern of government mostly practiced by Muslims, they make sure the impoverish the people to hold absolute control of them, this is one the principles of loyalty, the use of hunger by the czars, imams, kings etc bring people to their knees and control them for years, keep the power in your household , those who managed to escape from that are seen as enemies of the Seat, some of them are hunted down and killed of term rebels. The make sure the destroy the wealth and sources of power of those who will challenge the power by
all means by the use power of the rulership , this is exact what has been happening in the northern part of Nigeria , Buhari wanted to use that practice on Nigerians in 1984, the military refused, Babangida and his gang removed him because that was not part of the plan, the next now he got power again, in 2015, now nobody to control him now or question him that was why he concentrated in fighting Igbos , because he knew they are the power house of the economy, first of all he need to attack the base of their wealth , he went to America, Asia, and Europe to instigate hatred against Nigerians , ( indirectly the igbos) by saying Nigerians are criminals and the popular the youths are lazy that is why they come here because they don't want to work, hoping to instigate the foreign countries to start being hostile and to deport Nigerians, , next he used col. Hamid Ali a non commissioned custom officer to harm and to destroy all the importation business of Igbo man, he arbitrary increase the tax, tariff, export and import duties in all business controlled by Igbo, he close all the border in the south, he made sure no forex was giving to any Igbo business man , because his plan to use absolute power of hunger to control the masses will fail as far as Igbo man is still in business, because he will bring in food etc, that was why his government made sure he handed over rice businesses to his Fulani brothers , who now made sure the price of rice is outside the reach of the poor man on the road, and made sure no imported rice is seen anywhere in the country, like former minister of agriculture danono, said they have locked the southern border and throw away the keys, At a time Buhari saw that these igbos are still not heavily affection by hunger, he now accused the Igbos in overseas of financing their people at home with dollars, as usual he wanted to instigate that Nigerians are sending too much foreign exchange to Nigeria, , to bring Igbo down has been long time ambition because they are the ones holding the Fulani from overrunning Nigeria, he used the Nnamdi Kalu excuse to start killing igbos, which has also his agenda and to destroy Igbo land and stop them from their stubbornness since after the war and to make sure they continue caging is maintained, unfortunately for him his only concentration in harming Igbo was destroying the root of Nigeria economy and his government, that was why Nigeria economy shattered, You will see immediately the 2023 election's are concluded with a liberal government peace will return in Igbo land, all those giving contracts to cause crises in the south east will run away, people like Asari , who is the man contractor will go back to their shells, some of them will be assassinated too because those they attacked will track them, those of who survived will definitely come after those who wanted to kill them like Ifeanyi Uba, ohakim, ikenja IMO, people equally will come for those government hitmen, mark my words, peace will return in Igbo land
and in Nigeria immediately after the February election
Only discerning minds understands this.

Peace will only return if APC didn't win the election because Tinubu is going to work with the same evil people working for Buhari

I see people condescending saying. Imagine selling vote for loaf of bread. But keep in mind that loaf is relatively the one million or hundred k you will sell yours for. Some can't imagine you selling yours for that amount.

This is how they (the politicians) weaponize hunger.
This why they would never be motivated to alleviate the people from poverty

Hunger apart, Nigerians are generally greedy people.

Over to you, Obi-Datti bread

Confirmed!!!

The politicians are only making the best use of the greed of Nigerians.
An average Nigerian is extremely self-centred and greedy.
That is why he does not care if the kwantri is dying as long as it is someone from his tribe, ethnic group or religion that is incharge.

What is APC going to do differently if elected in February that they could not do in the last 8 years?
Waiting to hear your response please.
