SOME DESPERATE POLITICAL LOSERS FORMING CABAL WITH APC AND OMO-AGEGE

By Godwin Obire from Agbarho Orhokpokpo

Show me the bigwigs in the APC Delta State that were not one time this and that in the PDP, the bigwigs represent aggrieved persons who for reasons best known to them could not cope with losing their bid for one position or the other.

Any loser who destroys a house he once enjoyed is a desperate loser! Such people like Senator Ovie Omo-Agege who lost his bid and left the PDP have only one objective; to form a CABAL that will control Delta State politics. If their interest is about seizing political power to subject political forces and people under control, then they don't deserve our support!

If indeed the primary interest of those who left the PDP was about good governance or interest of the people of Delta State, they should have been able to tell us how much they used their good offices to impact people while in the PDP.

It is quite unfortunate that when some people lose their bids to elective offices, instead of staying back in the party to support those who won the primaries at times like these, they become saboteurs working against the party they once benefitted from.

If at the time they contested primaries that everyone who contested against them but lost left the party, how would they have ever become who they were on the platform of the PDP?

If the politics they play is all about self, and nothing more, then they don't deserve the support of the people. If you lose an election and you are aggrieved that the party apparatus worked against you, all you need do is to ensure you play harder to regain support from the apparatus during future aspirations.

When you pull down the roof over everyone's head just because you lost primaries in your party or because your preferred candidate lost in the primary, it means ab initio you only cared about yourself and nothing more. That's selfish attitude and greed in totality!

The CABAL that OMO-AGEGE is gathering in the APC has pushed the aboriginal leaders of the APC into second fiddle position in the party they fought so hard to sustain since inception. Check all the LGAs, the original faces of the APC are no longer showing. Only those who just left the PDP with so much in their coffers are fronting for the APC.

APC in Delta State has now become hijacked by the aggrieved losers in the PDP whose only objective is to by all means pull down the party that gave them political prominence.

Deltans cannot trust leadership to a CABAL whose only objective is to sieze power and put people under political control - we need good governance that prospers the people and puts infrastructure in place for Deltans, not tyrants who will show off political power!

PDP shall continue governing Delta State and the next government shall be led by Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori as Governor and Sir Monday Onyeme as Deputy Governor will do MORE for Deltans!
