Buhari’s presence in Bauchi is very important and strategic. Bauchi is a Buhari state so his endorsement will go a long way in helping the party.

He raised his hands and hurriedly left the campaign without making a speech . How is that an endorsement ?

Raising his hand without making a speech could also mean, "This is the presidential candidate that you should never vote for".

Buhari had another appointment to commission Imota Rice Mill in Lagos.
APC governments are busy commissioning projects all over the place from Kogi to Ekiti to Lagos, everywhere.
Now, some people say we should vote for people who only commissioned poverty and treasury looting for 16 years.
