In 2020, popular Nollywood actress Halima Abubakar took everyone by surprise when she announced the arrival of a bouncing baby boy. In an Instagram post dated April 5 2020, the Kano-born thespian shared a photo of a baby hand and captioned it, “A gift from God and I will cherish you for life. Biggest miracle. A boy. 3/4/20.” Apart from the sudden surprise, many wondered who the father was as the actress wasn’t tied to marriage or any man at the time. While others know the veteran actress very well and how she loves to show off, wondered why she didn’t at least do the usual maternity shoot and gender reveal party trending among celebs at the time. Regardless, as with the Nigerian culture, fans churned out congratulatory messages to Halima Abubakar, praying for her and the baby.
But, barely two days later, the actress from Kogi-state came under fire after she got busted for using the photo of a U.S.-based woman’s child to announce her baby’s arrival.

Well, two years down the lie, the multimillion-dollar secret has been let out of the bag, but it’s not what anyone would have imagined. The 37-year-old screen diva, in a recently leaked video and chat, revealed how she enjoyed a long affair with Apostle Johnson Suleman of Omega Fire Ministries and got pregnant for him. When the man of God insisted she deletes the P, which she refused, she lost the pregnancy mysteriously and began bleeding while her stomach grew uncontrollably.
After going in and out of the hospital and visiting numerous spiritual centres looking for solutions, with people around asking about her protruding belly, she claimed she faked having a baby. Fast-ward to July 2022, the actress confesses her sins and points an accusatory finger at Apostle Suleman to undo whatever he did to her spiritually.

Like someone above me said, they need deliverance and also counselling.

There's nothing surprising and I'm not even interested in the veracity of her claims.

I'm not sure I know any movie of Halima.
I got to know of the name here on NL as a proud and showy actress in the mold of Tonto Dike.
She seemed not to care about what anyone thinks about her, she just wanted to enjoy her life.

To be honest, I won't be able to recognize her if pictures of known actresses were published without appending their names.

Now to the issue on ground,
Why is she and bloggers disturbing the internet?
If someone had preached to this Halima to leave married men alone, what do you think her response will be?

I even heard her saying "I don't do runs".

If only this wicked sickness will locate all these useless girls to format their brains.
