We are a long established Engineering Consulting practice with core competences in Automation, Instrumentation, Process Control, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical- Electronic, with extensive activities in education, training, projects, and consulting. We are currently searching for suitable candidate in our Portharcourt, Otta & Lagos Centers for the following positions:
1. Business Development/ Center Manager
Ideally a university graduate of Engineering, Business Administration or related disciplines, preferably post-graduate level with not less than 12 years relevant experience. The last two years of the which, would have been in a senior position in a Technical Training Institution. Strong business development and a leadership skills, as well as competences in training research, and the development of training, curricula, and the identification of hardware and software required for existing and new Programmes. Ideal candidates will currently be heading a Technical Training Institution, or hold a senior position in Technical Trainings Company.

2. Business Development Executives
These are individuals who are able to develop and aggressively market our technical training programmes and other products and services, including technical recruitment, and outsourcing services to the Manufacturing Oil/Gas, Engineering Services, Power and other Sectors. With a good knowledge of both location.
These are strictly performance driven positions, with agreed targets and performance related pay. Suitable candidates would be engineers or holders of business qualifications, who are able to sell technical training and related products.

3. Lead Facilitators
These will be required to research, develop and facilitate technical training programs in one or a combination of the following areas.
• Automation, instrumentation and process control
• Electrical/ electronics
• Mechanical / electro-mechanical engineering
Suitable candidates will be university graduates of the applicable discipline, preferably at post-graduate level, with not less than 10 years relevant experience. The last three years of which would be in a technical/ engineering training institution.

5. Facilitators
Suitable candidates for these positions will have similar background and competences as indicated above, but must have not less than 5 years technical training experience in a well-structured technical training institution.
