Shares are financial instruments that can be converted into cash. If you have a share in a company that means, you own part of the company to the extent of money invested in that company. you have a voting right in decision making and share in the profit and loss of the company. Shares are easily transferred from one person to the other through the stock exchange market.

shareholder. Now all over world big organization divide own finance in small parts.
