We have problem.in this country . The issue of adeleke result has been dealt with upto the a higher court ...who is tribunal to dabble unto a matter that is not there jurisdiction..? Is just an exercise in fultity... As far as I a concern that judgement won't survive appeal...

The only time you claim.someone forged any document is when you produced original of what you claimed he forged ...And it most be certify by the issue board ..ie waec...in this case waec has even displayed his result for the world to see
.I don't know what motivates the tribunal if not money given to them to truncate the wish of osun people. Anyways..wike lost at the tribunal ,lost at appeal and finally won where it matters most ...the supreme Court

I think this tribunal chairman has some personal issues with Ademola Adeleke. The same testimonial has been adjudged okay by Appeal Court (or is it supreme Court?). Testimonial will bear the current date and name of the institution. If you go to OAU now to collect any certification, it will bear OAU even if you went to school when it was called University of Ife. The principal of the said school even testified in high court in 2018 that the testimonial was just issued and it was authentic. The judge is ridiculous and pandering to either emotion or some other sentiment or both. You can't just say someone forged a document and still say he is qualified to contest. Funny enough the PDP lawyers tendered the CTC of Appeal Court judgment exonorating Adeleke of forgery but as he did with other evidences, the tribunal chairman just overlooked it.

Because the judge is playing to the gallery. I cant understand this judge at all. Judge doesn't give to propaganda but facts. The fact as at this evening is that the higher court has cleared Adeleke of any forgery.

The only institution with authority to determine the veracity (or otherwise) of a document is the issuing institution, which in this case is WAEC. Any credible court needs to follow their attestation.

Even if the accused presents multiple differing WAEC certificates, as long as WAEC attests to their veracity, no credible court can rule otherwise. Anyone that has an issue with WAECs attestation, first needs to sue WAEC and prove their attestation to be false.

The TB agreed that forgery was established but decided that Adeleke could still contest based on the other certificates he had.Are the other certificates and tendered by the bodies that issued them? Why is the TB silent on the forgery? Questions like this will among the issues to be discussed at the AC

Ask he him himself that how many issue of certificate that he was clear in court because he make use of almost three ssce my question is which of the three that is been cleared in previous litigation, between Neco in 1981 with osun state, and may June 1981 and Nov/Dec 1981, and another point is are those challenge it before have a lousy standi to do so, and the criminal case can be retrial in law court.
