SUPERS LIST: 10 Nigerian Artistes With The Biggest Fanbase In Nigeria by Dikysmith1: 11:48pm On Jan 28, 2023
People have traditionally identified as followers and supporters of musicians for a variety of reasons, but most frequently because of their profession and artistic skill. However, over the past ten years, several new fan and supporter group cultures have emerged and become increasingly popular for promoting a specific singer or musician.

Some of these fandoms have fairly sizable fan bases, and some of them even include other artists who claim to be stans for other musicians.

The ten most popular Nigerian artists with the most stan members are covered in this article.

1. Wízkid FC – Wizkid

One of the biggest artistes in Nigeria and Africa and the world at large right now is the internationally renowned Afrobeat singer Wizkid, whose fan club is known as the Wizkid FC.

Many people consider the Wizkid FC to be the largest fanbase in Nigeria and perhaps all of Africa.

The 30BG fan base is Wizzy‘s main competition in the Afrobeat genre, Davido, is fiercely competitive for the top spot.

However, certain evidence of Wizkid FC‘s fanbase outside of Nigeria gives it a slight advantage over the 30 BG.

2. 30BG – Davido

To prove that the 30BG fan base is bigger and has a larger following than the Wizkid FC, many individuals would argue to the point of exhaustion. This may be the case in some circles, but research suggests that while the 30BG and

Wizkid FC have the largest fan bases in Nigeria, they are not as popular outside. Both artists’ fan bases have grown over the past few years as their fame has grown, and they have engaged in frequent beefs.

There are numerous, nasty internet rivalries between both fan bases that are widespread across the nation. Self-gratification frequently ignites all of these feuds in an effort to see which can garner the most attention and support.

3. YBNL Mafia – Olamide

The YBNL Mafia is the fanbase that comes in at number three. They are one of the most consistent stan groupings even though they are arguably the least problematic.

Even though they are the least vocal in their support of Olamide Baddo, their principal, their cool demeanor shouldn’t be taken for granted. They can also be rather fierce in their support, especially if their territory is violated.

The YBNL Mafia is also well-known for never claiming to be the largest stan group in Nigeria. They hardly ever engage in supremacy or popularity contests online.

4. Outsiders – Burna Boy

The Outsiders are Nigeria’s fourth-largest stan group the grammy winning artiste, Burna Boy‘s official fanbase.

The Outsiders are one of the largest bands in Nigeria, The Outsiders, isn’t particular, but they have a sizable fan base outside of Nigeria.

The Outsiders are among the most tenacious supporters and are highly vocal when it comes to Burna Boy’s matter. And Burna Boy in return gave them that bragging right because of how good he is.

5. Ravers – Rema

The fan club for singer Rema is referred to as The Ravers. They deserve to be in fifth place on this index.

For someone who is an active follower of the Nigerian music business, you would find it impossible to believe that the Ravers are the fifth-largest supporter organization in Nigeria.

Rema‘s record and numbers speak for him, asides from being the Nigeria artiste with the highest number of listeners on Spotify, Rema‘s song is widely accepted not only in Nigeria but the world at large.

6. Savages – Tiwa Savage

Currently, Tiwa Savage is perhaps the largest female Afrobeat artist in Nigeria.

Yes, some upcoming female singers like Tems and Ayra Starr are vying for her attention, but for the moment, she retains the top spot.

The Savages are Tiwa’s fan group, and while they aren’t the loudest, they are unquestionably one of the most dependable.

7. Rebels – Tems

Many people might not be aware that Tems‘ supporters are referred to as Rebels and that the diva holds the title of “Gang Leader“.

One of the fastest-growing stan groups in Nigeria and internationally is the Grammy-nominated female singer’s fandom.

Veteran American musician Snoop Dogg recently declared his support for the Rebellion online and also made a public appeal to collaborate with Tems.

8. Ru Nation – Ruger

Ruger, the one-eyed singer, undoubtedly has one of his contemporaries’ quietest fan bases.

Ru Nation is the name of the Jonzing World artist’s fanbase. They lately demonstrated that they are a force to be reckoned with. They are one of the most reliable online music streaming services.

When Ruger‘s popular song Asiwaju remained at the top of the Nigerian top 100 music chat for more than 11 weeks in a row in late 2022, many people were taken aback.

The Ru Nation is one of the fastest-growing stan groups and a silent force to be noticed.

9. No Name – Kizz Daniel

The only fanbase and supporters club on this list without a name is the Kizz Daniels stan group.

They don’t belong to any of the major groups that frequently engage in internet battles for supremacy.

They are among the lucky, though, as their principal is one of the best-performing performers in the Nigerian music business.

Kizz Daniels boasts of having a massive fan base both inside and outside of Nigeria, particularly in East African nations.

10. Mama Afrika’s followers – Yemi Alade

Many people consider Yemi Alade to be one of the most popular female singers in the nation with one of the largest fan bases.

She is well-known for her energetic, original performances and dance routines. The supporters of Yemi Alade are known as Afrikaans or Mama Afrika‘s fans.
