Hello guys, please I need advice of those in Abuja.

I have a business of my own which I can do anywhere, I consistently make 100k monthly

I want to relocate to Abuja to further my other plans.

I need advice on the following;

1. Where to get a room & parlour of 250k to 300k.

2. General advice for me as a new comer in Abuja.

Locations to get a self con for 250-300k

1. Nyanya/ Maraba

2. Bwari

3. Gwagwalada

4. Some villages within town (Apo Village, Galadimawa village, Dakibuyu etc)

5.if you're lucky lokogoma axis

6. Kubwa

No general advice as such.. Abuja is a cool calm town, rents can be expensive, cash inflow might not be that heavy if you don't have the right network or have a business or people's skill.

Thanks Alot, how about prices for room & parlour in those same environment?

It may be difficult to get a good room and parlour for 300k at a location not far away from town.
