I wonder if that Apostle, PhD, Professor, M.Sc, Chief, Engineer, Architect Theophilus hasn't used new naira as an excuse for not disbursing his imaginary billions of dollars.
I thought there were too many fools on Facebook and I stopped being active on the platform for more than 3 years now only to get understand that the original sea of fools was actually telegram.
Even as we speak, thousands of nigerians are being imprisoned in several telegram groups still waiting for Theobart grant disbursement.

Scam like SEM, Tepelcon, Rita grant etc. Those criminals need to be behind bars by now.
