The three flyovers at Awka was constructed by Obiano, the Upper Iweka flyover was constructed by the FG, even that stretch of road belongs to the FG. Over to you.

Otondo the both flyovers was funded by Anambra State Government which Fg later reimbursed the state under Obiano

Otondo liar. These bridges have existed before Obi became governor. He only did some rehabilitation work on them. It is not the same as constructing them from scratch. When Tinubu came in as Lagos state governor, he rehabilitated all the bridges in Lagos state. Does that mean he constructed them? Rubbish
