Peter Obi, the Labour Party presidential candidate has praised the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) for extending the deadline for the collection of Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs). According to the former governor of Anambra State, the decision by INEC to extend the deadline will give voters the chance to retrieve their PVCs in time for the next general election.
