My wife and i we have accounts with access bank and eco bank. We have Atm card for access bank but we don't have for eco bank for Saving purposes. Any time we need money from eco bank we just transfer the money to access bank and use the Atm card to withdraw. Though their network is always poor, we always succeed after several trials. But for days now we have been unable to use their Ussd, we can't make transfers to any bank. For this cashless policy to be effective, banks like eco bank need to be closed
