We are looking for an experienced Back-end developer to join our IT team! As a Back-end Developer, you will be responsible for the server-side web application logic as well as for the integration of the front-end part.

1. Strong organizational and project management skills.

2. Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python, api, php) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js) and Github.

3. Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
4. Excellent verbal communication skills.

5. Good problem-solving skills.

6. Attention to detail.

Remote and onsite options available.

Don't forget Apache/NGINX and other unmentioned tools, DB management and UI/UX

For the descriptions, the starting pay better be at $100k per month, cos OP is definitely looking for a backend engineer

The issue is not finding the people. There are people with the stack.

The main issue is three fold:
Do they really need such a plethora of skills for their backend to be in one person?

If the answer is yes, can they pay the industry rate for the person?

Now if they can pay, is it worth it?
