Job Title: Head Of Finance and Operations
Location: Victoria Island-Lagos

Objective: To oversee all financial and operational matters and ensure it
runs smoothly and efficiently in accordance with the
organization’s goal.

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/Accountabilities include but are not limited to:
● Oversees the financial management including budget management, policies and processes.
● Works closely with the MD by providing information on annual budget and financial planning.
● Ensure daily office operations are performed in an efficient manner.
● Coordinating the day to day account processes
● Manage payroll, employee benefits and pension
● Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
● Maintain an effective record keeping of all employees financial files
● Manage organization’s tax payment and audit functions.
● Oversee management of all operations department by increasing effectiveness and efficiency
● Ensure all financial matters are communicated and resolved in a timely manner to internal and external parties.
● Accurately develop and implement accounting policies manages and minimizes risk.
● Occasionally meet with heads of department and other required parties to generate strategy ideas that leads to the growth of the company
● Oversee and process procurement
● Work closely with Logistics Officer on inventory management
● Create report on operation performance and provide solutions that align with the company’s overall strategy.
● Organize monthly assessment to identify errors or challenges that reduce operational efficiency.
● Support all business department, ensures appropriate procedures and policies are adhered to.
● Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements for the role are:
● BSc/HND in Finance and Accounting,
Business Management, or any related field.
● Minimum of 4 years of work experience as Accountant/ Operations Manager or a similar role.
● Professional Certification (ICAN, ACA, CFA)
● Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
● Proficient use of accounting software(s)
