We want to know their numbers in all the states.

i think INEC should publish names, figures and location of those who haven't collected for follow up purposes.

I believe INEC printed all because they are not biased bt there is a possibility of sabotage in some states and location. This has to be investigated and addressed so no1 is disenfranchised.
