The thing is, if there are no punishment for sin or wrong doing then you can't get the people to obey laws and order in a proper society.

I think if the government criminalizes the act of money hoarding and immediately sends offenders to jail for like 5yrs it will stop. I mean STOP!

In the videos made available online all I see is the ICPC forcing the banks to put the money in the ATMs, no arrests. 5yrs jail term seems just right, not too much and not too short. If ten bank managers go to jail in a week, after paying a hefty fine, by the coming week the rest will surely get the message.

The bank managers are single handedly causing a national crisis that'll soon engulf us all.

Five years seem more on the low side than the high considering the conspiracy they're helping to further and the total collapse of day to day national activities their greed is causing.

The money doesn't belong to them, they're hiding it and it's putting even the Presidency and the CBN Governor at risk.

Have you gone out lately? Activities are almost zero, like it's a compulsory public holiday. You can imagine how slow activities are in the very FCT.
